About Us

We are a professional physiotherapy service based in Peterlee, dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care for both adults and children.

Our lead physiotherapist holds a Master's degree in physiotherapy from Teesside University, and a BSc in Sport & Exercise Sciences from Durham University. This academic foundation, alongside practical experience allows us to assess, treat, and rehabilitate a wide range of conditions with confidence and care.

Our Services

We provide high-quality services for a wide range of conditions, supporting both adults and children.

Each appointment is tailored to each individual, to promote recovery, manage pain, improve movement and support long-term wellbeing.

Sports Massage

Available for both injury management and maintenance, helping to reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery. Suitable for both children and adults.

Children's Services

We provide specialised services specifically tailored to children. Treatment is age-appropriate, supportive, and engaging, with a focus on improving movement, reducing pain and increasing confidence, all in a safe and positive environment.

Physiotherapy

Comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual focusing on pain reduction, improved mobility and long-term recovery.

Other Single Services

A range of individual services is available for those requiring one-off treatments or specific interventions. These include KT taping, full body MOT's, Myofascial Dry Cupping and other targeted treatments.

Home Visits

Home visits available upon request, offering convenient physiotherapy assessments and treatment in the comfort of your own home. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and pricing.
